How APC Draft handles your data: your case study, summary of experience, employers, clients, projects and CPD stay in your browser, and nothing you write is sent anywhere.
What stays on your device
Everything you enter, your case study sections and project details, your summary of experience statements, your pathway and competency choices, your CPD entries, your diary days and your settings, is written to your browser's own local storage under the key apcdraft.workspace.v1. There is no server side to this site: it is a set of static files. Nothing you type is transmitted anywhere.
Your workspace therefore belongs to one browser on one device. It does not follow you to another computer, it is not backed up by us, and nobody else can read it. Clearing site data for this site removes it permanently. Export a backup file from the workspace to keep a copy, and add a passphrase if you want the file itself locked.
Client and project details
A case study often describes a confidential instruction, and the guidance asks you to disguise anything identifying when you have no consent to disclose it. Because the workspace never uploads anything, those details stay where you typed them. The printouts are produced by your own browser's print dialog.
No AI service
APC Draft has no AI features and calls no AI service. Your text is never sent to a model for drafting, rewriting, scoring or any other purpose.
No accounts
There is no sign up, no sign in, no email capture and no password to lose.
What is collected
No account, no advertising identifiers, and no analytics of what you write. Standard web server logs kept by the static host may record the request for a page, its time, and a network address, in the ordinary way any web server records a request.
Page counts
This site counts page visits through Cloudflare. The count sets no cookie, it cannot follow you from here to another site, and nothing you enter is part of it. It records that a page was opened, not what you wrote.
Purchases
If paid features are offered, purchases are handled by RevenueCat and Stripe, who receive what a checkout needs. An anonymous purchase id is then kept in this browser so your access is recognised. Your workspace is never sent to them.
Cookies
APC Draft sets no cookies of its own and carries no advertising or cross site tracking scripts.
Children
The site is a counting aid for adults preparing a professional assessment and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, the change will appear on this page.

Questions about privacy go to socialreminderinfo@gmail.com. Since nothing is stored on a server, most requests are answered by telling you which local storage key to clear.
